Hudson Valley Mushrooms Sanitation Protocols

We take the safety of your food seriously and will abide by the following safety protocols.

• ​All of our mushrooms are grown outside in fresh air and while fruiting, mushroom logs are covered.
• Anyone reporting or displaying signs of illness are forbidden from entering mushroom fruiting areas.
• We use latex gloves and masks during all physical contact with mushrooms (primordia to harvest).
• All tools and containers which come into contact with harvested mushrooms are washed and sanitized immediately prior to use.
